How can I get a refund for my purchase?
Just return your item to us and receive your refund (refund includes purchase price and shipping. Does not include return shipping) The only items that are not covered by the refund policy are custom made items.
How long will my refund take?
Refunds are issued once items have been returned.

How do I know a item is in stock?
Stock levels a shown on the product page see image below.
When no stock is available it will indicate “Available on Backorder”. If you place a backorder it takes 7-14 days to be manufactured your item. If you require the item in a particular time frame please contact us first before placing a order. Available for Backorder is indicated on the product page as in the image below.
We ship Australia wide via courier service. (Customers must include a phone number as courier service requires one)
Do I have to register to purchase on you site?
No.. you can purchase as a guest.

The pickup options is only displayed when a local Victoria Post code is entered

First you will have open a account with Salt Metal Art (register account through Salt Metal Art online). Then email us the following information to apply for Discount Account
- Your trading Name
- Your ABN number.
- Service you provide
Once your details have been confirmed and approved (not all applications will be approved). if your application is approved your account will be upgrade to the Discount Account.

- The customer determines the Gift Voucher value
- Gift Voucher can be addressed to another person or to your self
