Shipping

We do not offer free shipping but, pickup is available at no cost.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2-4 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via courier.

How can I find out postage?

  • Just add items to the cart
  • Open the shopping cart proceed to the checkout
  • Once you finish entering your suburb a list of courier services will be displayed
  • Select the courier service (If you do not select a courier service the system will select the cheapest)

If there is couriers services displayed the shipping address is not correct.

Courier service 

We use courier service to deliver through out Australia.

 Due to our location parcels are pickup by courier service between 1-2 days 

Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Delivery 

Ultimately the courier service is responsible for your item’s safe delivery. Salt Metal Art has no control over delivery times, lost parcels, or delays by courier service you have selected on checkout. 

Courier Service is responsible for all delivery issues or losses.


Refunds & Returns

We accept returns within 21 days and will refund the total amount but, the customer is responsible for the return postage cost.

We do not offer a refund if you have a change of mind.

Refunds are not normally offered on Custom Made products but, depending on circumstances partial refunds or replacement items may be issued.

Refunds are issued once items have been returned.
